Solid Construction Stands the Test of Time

Our History

In 1984, the Delta Contractors partnership had its humble beginnings in what’s now the Sit-n-Spin laundromat on Route 322 in Clarion County Pa. As our business expanded, we purchased the former Big B lumber building (which now houses the Clarion County YMCA) in 1988.

Here, we also opened Delmart, a home improvement store selling goods such as floor coverings and plumbing and heating supplies. This store closed when we moved to Joe’s Gym.

In 2000, we built what is now the Joe’s Gym Business Complex and moved our company to this location in 2005.

This building not only houses the offices of Delta Contractors and Design, Inc. and other community businesses/nonprofits, it also is home to the recreational facility known as Joe’s Gym.

Delta Owner and President Joe Ferguson built Joe’s Gym to give kids in our community a place to play basketball and other sports.
